Quarkbase is a really cool way to look at all the states of a website. It takes a look at all the regular stuff(Blog Rank, Traffic Rank, Alexa Ranking) but also takes a look at a lot of new stuff, such as the amount of articles on digg, the amount of people who have twittered about it and the amount of people who have bookmarked it on Delicious. Overall it works very well, at least in my preliminary tests.
