    @Dainis while I agree there are many, I think there are still uncovered gaps. Development is one such area, I have yet to find a decent PHP-based one for example. WordPress and design have been covered, but development less so.

    @Dainis - I think a celeb related digg site would work well since the users are the type to like gossiping and being able to vote up/down on different topics would fit that niche well.
